Subject to the provisions of our privacy policy, any personal information provided by you will be treated as confidential by eat2eat. eat2eat collects information from Site users in order to help eat2eat provide a high quality service and to ensure that the Site is both appealing and informative. In order to operate the restaurant booking service your registration and booking information will be supplied to participating restaurants. Information which you supply may also be used by eat2eat to compile profiles of user preferences and needs. Participating restaurants may also qualify as users of the service according to their own criteria. Operating the site and the restaurant booking service indicates that you consent to such use. From time to time you may receive additional information about eat2eat (for example special offers, updates and the eat2eat newsletter). |

A special note to kids under 18.

| Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our service, and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must ask your parents to use this service on your behalf. |

Authorised use of credit card.

| Although the Site currently does not require the use of Credit Cards, should this be required on an ad-hoc basis by our participating restaurants, users providing credit card details for any purpose MUST be the cardholder or authorised by the cardholder in order to do so. Any use of a credit card by a non-authorised person will be treated as fraud and may be subject to criminal proceedings. |

How we collect information about you.

In order to use our service, we ask you to register to become a eat2eat member.
You need to provide us with your full legal name, email address, the city you reside
in and a contact number. We need this information to identify you to the restaurant
when you make a reservation, just as you provide this information when making a
telephone booking. You must also choose your own Username and password to secure
your access as this will be your main link to us. You provide us information about
your restaurant and dining preferences for quicker and more convenient booking.
All relevant information is stored on our secure server. We will forward your information to the restaurant every time you make a booking and will also provide them with tracking information on previous visits and your preferences, as stated. Your personal data may be captured by the restaurant in its normal course of operations but unless you specifically allow us to, we do not share our database with the restaurants. |

We collect additional information about how you use our Site and service.

Once you are a registered member, you have the option of using your "My eat2eat
Page" to select your 'opt-out' choices. This is very important as depending on your
selection, we share your data as appropriate.
We use the personal information about you stored in our member database in various ways. First, the next time you use our service and enter your Username, we will call up your information out of our database to make processing your request faster and easier. We also keep track of your restaurant choices and analyse that information. We do so in order to be able to email to you special advertisements, offers and notices regarding restaurants that seem to fit with your preferences. We also use your personal information and preferences to seek out merchants offering promotions and prizes which we believe would interest you.
We do not sell your personal information, or any information which can be identified
to you personally, to any third-marketers or other third parties. We do aggregate
information about how our service is used (without specific identification to any
particular user or member) to be able to improve our service and make it more responsive
to members' preferences. We also make such aggregate information (without identification
to any specific individual) available to our restaurant affiliates and other affiliates
in order to obtain information about services, offers and notices which we believe
will be useful and informative to our Site users and eat2eat members.

| We search for merchants who sponsor promotions and provide the means on our Site for our eat2eat members to request for the promotions when booking. |

How is my information protected?
|
| Your information is protected on our site using the latest security technology. The site itself does not require users to maintain passwords and as a result, members must not provide their unique membership name to anyone. We recommend that if you share your computer with other people, you close your browser window when your session is completed. Signing off will protect your information if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library. |
